Well, its more than 4 hours after Alabama's Basketball team suffered a humiliating 87-61 loss. I still can't velieve what I saw. A couple of post game quotes tell the story:
Clemson's Trevor Booker - "I didn't think they were going to quit toward the end," he said. "I think they gave up toward the seven-minute mark."
Tide coach Mark Gottfried referred to it as a "second-half disaster. I'm completely, 100 percent embarrassed at how my team competed in the second half. That hasn't been the case for one minute of one game this year."
The meltdown produced the worst loss at Coleman Coliseum for the Crimson Tide since a 93-60 defeat to LSU in 2000. You have to go back to 1970 and a 28-point loss to Ohio State to find a more lopsided home nonconference defeat.
Alabama doesn't have to scrap everything they do in order to get better. They just have to do the one thing they had done all season prior to Saturday afternoon - fight.
